Polina Riskin is a concert pianist, accompanist and piano teacher living in Israel. She is a winner of several international competitions.



As the winner of Vera Lotar – Shevchenko Competition, she recorded 3 Transcendental Etudes by S. Lyapunov in the Grand Hall of Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. The CD production with this recording was issued in 2015.


With her solo recitals and concert appearances Polina has won significant public acclaim. She has participated in numerous music festivals, as a soloist or member of chamber music ensembles, including Pianos en la Calle Festival (Murcia, Spain), Transnistrian Spring Music Festival, and Svyatoslav Richter Festival.

As an accompanist Polina has collaborated with International Keshet Eilon Masterclasses in Israel, Rimon School of Music and Polyphony Foundation in Nazareth.

During her musical career, she has collaborated and performed with various orchestras: Transnistrian State Symphony Orchestra, Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, E.Trishin Folk Russian Instruments Orchestra, Kaluga Symphony Orchestra, and others.


During her studies, she took lessons with renowned pianists Emanuel Krasovsky, Ksenia Knorre, Mira Marchenko, Alexander Bonduranski, Dmitry Bashkirov, Ronan O'Hora etc.


Polina has performed at different concert venues in Russia, Israel, Spain, Finland, Lithuania, Ukraine and Moldova.
